Founded in 2005, Plusarchitects is a company that specialises in the design of individual detached houses and holiday homes (Plusarchitects Ltd was founded in 2012. Before that, we operated as part of Tietoa Finland Ltd). As ambitious architects, we want to concentrate on the challenges introduced by the customer and the plot. A functional home that maintains its value can be built with careful, insightful design. We have designed more than a hundred completed construction projects both in Finland and abroad, and this experience is at our customers’ disposal.
Plusliving Ltd. is a sister company of Plusarchitects Ltd, founded at the beginning of 2016. Plusliving Ltd offers construction services to our customers using a tried and tested construction concept which has been made easy for our customers. Operators who we have co-operated closely with for years form the core of Plusliving Ltd. Now we can offer this competence to our customers easily and clearly. We build houses from wood and concrete, built both on-site and using prefabricated element techniques.
Our operations aim to combine high-quality architecture and our customer’s needs in a functional entity that can be constructed in a sensible manner.
