nimeni on marius. here are our first lines regarding our house project. first off all: thanx a lot to jani for setting up this blogi, enabling people to see how plusvilla will be built in germany. to give you the chance to see where the plusvilla will be built, here are some impression.

so what do you need to know about detmold. well… this is downtown detmold. as you can see, there are plenty of old, well restored wooden houses here.

then we’ll have “the herman” as we call that guy here:

it’s and old statue build during bismark era celebrating german victim against romans in the battle of varus (which - unfortunately - has not been here. but community has been fast and good in self-marketing). in case you are interested in more pictures, check in here:

you might also know the “adlerwarte” which is a kind of eagle zoo. this is directly in the community we will built plusvilla. here you can see one of our regular visitors…

sometimes he’s flying directly above our current house. we’ll probably see our friend once again later.

last but not least here’s finally the ground we’ll plan to built plusvilla.

as you can see the slope is - as jani called it - “quite demanding”.
